What does a day of coordinator do? is it worth the cost? We get this question a lot. I believe hiring a coordinator is just as important as hiring your photographer or officiant. Why spend all the time and money on planning a perfect day, without having a team to make sure everything gets set up as you envisioned it, a team to handle the hiccups throughout the day. We are your point of contact for vendors & guests. We keep you running on time! (or as close to it as we can) A day of coordinator does so much more than you can imagine. no ice? we find someone to get it. Can't find a bridesmaids bouquet? We find it. A guest getting a little too crazy? We control it. We even pick up garbage, dirty plates, half empty cans all night to make sure your event looks as beautiful as can be. We are the first ones at the venue and the last ones to leave . Our team wants you to have the best time & most importantly, we want YOU & YOUR FAMILY TO ENJOY your big day!

Initial consult to discuss vision
Unlimited text/email communication
In person meetings as needed
Final walk through at venue
(If local venue)
2 hour rehearsal assistance
Set up/Tear down of all decorations for ceremony and reception
Point of contact for vendors,
guests, venue
Oversees wedding party, guests, vendors and timeline to ensure all needs are met & to help with last minute issues day of the wedding
Blissful Tactic staff will be the first ones in & the last ones out!
